Priyam Tiwari is a dispute resolution lawyer with experience in commercial, insolvency and corporate litigation. He has previously worked with leading law firms including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, DSK Legal and S&K Partners, and has advised on a wide range of contentious commercial matters. His practice focuses on commercial and insolvency disputes, including advising and assisting in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the NCLAT and various NCLT benches. Priyam graduated from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad in 2017 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
