Sumeet Singh

Sumeet Singh is a dedicated legal professional with over five years of experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution. A graduate of Mewar Law College, affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, Sumeet began his professional journey with ACM Legal as a Legal Intern in January 2019. Through consistent excellence and commitment, he has grown within the firm to his current position as Senior Associate.

Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since December 2020, Sumeet has cultivated a robust practice spanning commercial arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, consumer law, and service matters. His core specialization lies in commercial arbitration, where he regularly represents and advises Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and major corporate conglomerates in complex, high-stakes disputes.

Sumeet’s expertise particularly extends to matters arising out of infrastructure and construction contracts, as well as electricity transmission, and oil and natural gas distribution and transmission projects. Known for his meticulous approach, strategic insight, and practical understanding of both procedural and substantive law, Sumeet continues to deliver effective legal solutions across a wide spectrum of contentious and regulatory matters.
