Tanya Dara

Tanya Dara is a 2019 law graduate from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, IP University, and also holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Himachal Pradesh National Law University. She brings over four years of experience across both litigation and corporate law.

Her practice primarily focuses on contract management and commercial advisory, encompassing the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements and other business-critical documentation.

Tanya also advises on legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation, ensuring that clients’ contractual and operational frameworks align with applicable legal and commercial requirements.
